Ventilation:
Air quality can suffer if an interior space does not receive enough outside air. This is especially true if cooking or other processes that produce fumes, particles, moisture, or steam occur in the space. We can help by installing a ventilation fan and the necessary ductwork.
UV Unit:
A product now available in residential applications is the Ultraviolet (UV) Air Purifier, mounted directly in the existing system. The UV unit controls the growth of mold and mildew at the source, the moist interior components of the air handling unit. Since no chemicals are used in the process, the UV Air Purifying system offers an environmentally safe way to improve indoor air quality.
Air Filter:
Properly filtered air is better for your health and the health of your A/C unit. If you are having difficulty finding the right size filter for your air-conditioning system, you may want to consider the one time purchase of a filter holding frame, along with polyester filter media that can be cut to size. This inexpensive filtering method is recommended for hard-to-find filter sizes but also can replace standard filters. For customers with allergies or other breathing problems, we also design custom filtration systems to elminate the finest particles from the air.
