We became dissatisfied with our AC contractor. We have a rather complicated LG system. I chose Atlantis because they had experience with these units. This I know. After hiring them I found out this, 1. The office and administrative staff communicate very well. 2. The technicians are all very qualified, knowledgeable, well mannered professionals. 3. The response time is outstanding. 4.You can trust that your issues will be or can be resolved. 5.Costs are very competitive. We have been with them now for several years. Our contentment has led them to be one of our most widely used AC contractors, in a rather large institution. I appreciate all the work Nick and the front office staff do for us, as they’ve shown commitment to our facilities. Of course I can’t say enough good things about the qualified professional technicians that work so hard for us, Wesley, George and the others.

Atlantis has been going strong since 1984, and in that time has established a stable roster of excellent technicians, along with excellent manufacturer relationships. The company is also commended for good service response times and for its extremely customizable maintenance contracts. Of course, with higher standards come higher prices, and Atlantis is no exception to the rule. Still, references are willing to pay a premium, knowing that they’ll never have to stress about the weird noise coming from the vents again. –FR review
